Well, that might be true, but the focus of the articles here are not whether or not other applications are able to do the same, if the other applications require lots of manual work. I haven't tried playing neither Steam nor WC3 through normal Wine, but my previous experiences tells me that it is quite complicated in general, as you have to set up, and find out how to, set up profiles for all applications and games manually. For instance, WC3 needs a CD-crack (according to the comments at the appdb.winhq.org-site) as Wine does not support the CD-protection - it's not userfriendly having to find cracks for games.</description>

		<description>I might be a good idea to test some games that wine itself doesn't support. There is no reason to buy cedega just to run hl/hl2 and wc3 as they run just fine using wine.</description>
